The FDT86246L is an N-Channel MOSFET produced using onsemi's advanced POWERTRENCH process. It is rated for a maximum drain-source voltage of 150V and continuous drain current of 2A at 25°C ambient (pulsed current up to 20A). The device features low on-resistance: 228mOhm maximum at VGS=10V and ID=2A, and 280mOhm maximum at VGS=4.5V and ID=1.8A.
With a gate charge of 6.3nC and input capacitance of 335pF, this MOSFET is designed for fast switching and efficient operation. It is avalanche rated with a single pulse energy capability of 6mJ. Power dissipation depends on mounting: 1W on a minimum copper pad, or 2.2W on a 1 square inch pad of 2oz copper.
The device is offered in a surface mount SOT-223-4 package (TO-261-4/TO-261AA), and is available in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 4000 pieces per reel. It is RoHS3 compliant and Pb-Free.
