The FDS8926A is a dual N-Channel enhancement mode power field effect transistor manufactured by On Semiconductor (formerly Fairchild Semiconductor). It employs high cell density DMOS technology to provide superior switching performance and extremely low on-state resistance.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum drain-source voltage of 30V, continuous drain current of 5.5A (Note 1a), and pulsed drain current rating of 20A. The gate-source voltage is rated at ±8V. On-resistance is typically 25mΩ at VGS = 4.5V, ID = 5.5A, and 31mΩ at VGS = 2.5V, ID = 4.5A.
