With a typical gate charge of 45 nC and input capacitance of 1700 pF, the FDP8876 is optimized for fast switching in synchronous and conventional PWM controllers. It is avalanche rated at 180 mJ single pulse, providing ruggedness in inductive switching environments. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 175°C, and maximum power dissipation is 70W.
