The FDP3652 is an N-Channel PowerTrench MOSFET from onsemi rated for 100V drain-to-source voltage and 61A continuous drain current at TC=25°C. It offers a typical on-resistance of 14mOhm and a maximum of 16mOhm at VGS=10V, ID=61A. Gate charge is typically 41nC at VGS=10V, enabling efficient switching in power conversion circuits.
