The FDMS86103L is an N-Channel enhancement-mode Power MOSFET from ON Semiconductor, designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. It is rated for a maximum drain-source voltage of 100V and can handle continuous drain currents of 12A at ambient temperature (Ta) and 49A at case temperature (Tc).
The device features a very low on-resistance of 8 mOhm (maximum) at Vgs=10V and Id=12A, which minimizes conduction losses. The gate threshold voltage is 3V maximum at Id=250µA, and the recommended drive voltage range is 4.5V to 10V. The maximum gate charge is 60 nC at Vgs=10V, and the input capacitance is 3710 pF at Vds=50V.
