The FDMS0300S is an N-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed and manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It features a drain-source breakdown voltage of 30V and is capable of conducting continuous drain currents of 31A at an ambient temperature of 25°C and 49A when the case temperature is held at 25°C. This device is housed in a compact surface-mount 8-PowerTDFN package, also referred to as 8-PQFN (5x6).
Key electrical characteristics include an ultra-low maximum on-resistance of 1.8 mOhm at a gate drive of 10V and 30A drain current. The gate charge is 133 nC at 10V, and the input capacitance is 8705 pF at 15V drain-source voltage. The gate threshold voltage is 3V maximum at 1mA drain current.
