It is rated for a drain-source voltage of 30V and can handle continuous drain current up to 20A at case temperature 25°C (16.9A at ambient 25°C). The maximum on-resistance is 5.7mOhm at VGS=10V and 7.0mOhm at VGS=4.5V, enabling efficient power management.
Designed for high-performance switching applications, the FDMC7672 features an input capacitance of 3890pF and a total gate charge of 57nC. It can withstand single pulse avalanche energy up to 144mJ and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. Maximum power dissipation is 33W at case temperature and 2.3W at ambient.
