The FDMC7660S is an N-Channel PowerTrench MOSFET designed for low-loss power conversion applications. It combines advanced silicon and package technologies to achieve the lowest Rds(on) while maintaining excellent switching performance. The device also features an efficient monolithic Schottky body diode.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum drain-source voltage of 30V, continuous drain current of 20A at ambient temperature (40A at case temperature), and pulsed drain current up to 200A. The on-resistance is typically 2.2mΩ at Vgs=10V and Id=20A, and 2.95mΩ at Vgs=4.5V and Id=18A. Gate threshold voltage is 2.5V maximum.
