The FDMC3612 is an N-Channel MOSFET manufactured using onsemi's advanced PowerTrench process, designed to minimize on-state resistance while maintaining superior switching performance. It is rated for a maximum drain-source voltage of 100V and a continuous drain current of 12A at Tc=25°C (3.3A at Ta=25°C). The device offers a maximum on-resistance of 110mOhm at VGS=10V and ID=3.3A, and 122mOhm at VGS=6V and ID=3.0A.
This MOSFET is 100% UIL tested and features a low profile of 1mm maximum in the Power 33 package. It is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
