The FDMA2002NZ is a dual N-Channel PowerTrench MOSFET from onsemi designed for compact switching applications in portable electronics. Each MOSFET is rated for a maximum drain-source voltage of 30V and continuous drain current of 2.9A at 4.5V gate drive. The device features logic-level gate drive with on-resistance of 123mOhm at Vgs=4.5V, 140mOhm at Vgs=3.0V, and 163mOhm at Vgs=2.5V.

 

This MOSFET array is housed in a 6-VDFN exposed pad package (MicroFET 2x2mm) with a low profile of 0.8mm maximum. It supports surface mount assembly and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel. The dual configuration integrates two independent N-channel MOSFETs in a single package, saving board space.

 

The device includes HBM ESD protection of 1.8kV minimum and is rated for operating junction temperatures from -55°C to 150°C. Power dissipation for single operation is 1.5W (note 1a) with thermal resistance of 83°C/W junction-to-ambient. The part is RoHS3 compliant, Pb-free, and halogen-free.
