The FDLL914 is a standard recovery small signal switching diode designed for general purpose rectification and high-speed switching applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified forward current of 200mA, with a DC forward current capability up to 300mA. The forward voltage is typically 1V at 10mA, and reverse leakage current is only 0.025µA at 20V reverse bias.
Typical reverse recovery time is 4ns, and total capacitance is 4pF at zero bias, making it suitable for high-frequency circuits. The device can dissipate up to 500mW and operates over a wide junction temperature range up to 175°C, with storage from -65°C to 200°C.
The FDLL914 is offered in a surface mount SOD-80 package (also referred to as DO-213AC or MINI-MELF), with a black cathode band for polarity identification. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging for automated assembly processes.
