The FDLL485B is a general purpose rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, designed for high forward conductance and fast switching speed. It offers a maximum working inverse voltage of 180V and an average rectified current of 200mA, with a DC forward current rating of 500mA.
This diode provides a low forward voltage of 1.0V at 100mA and a maximum reverse leakage current of just 25nA at 25°C. It is capable of handling non-repetitive peak forward currents up to 4.0A. The device is housed in a glass SOD-80 (DO-213AC, MINI-MELF) surface mount package, making it suitable for automated assembly.
With a maximum power dissipation of 500mW and an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to +200°C, the FDLL485B is suitable for a variety of general purpose rectification and switching applications.
