The FDLL4448 from On Semiconductor is a surface mount small signal switching diode designed for general purpose applications. It has a repetitive reverse voltage rating of 100V and an average rectified forward current of 200mA (DC forward current up to 300mA). The diode offers a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns and low capacitance of 2pF at 0V bias, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits.
Packaged in the SOD-80 (LL-34) surface mount package, the FDLL4448 features a cathode band marking for easy identification.
