The FDLL4150 is a small signal diode designed for general purpose and high-speed switching applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 50V and an average rectified forward current of 200mA, with a DC forward current rating of 400mA and recurrent peak forward current of 600mA. Non-repetitive surge currents are rated at 1.0A for 1 second and 4.0A for 1 microsecond.
Forward voltage is specified across multiple currents: 540-620mV at 1mA, 660-740mV at 10mA, 760-860mV at 50mA, 820-920mV at 100mA, and 0.87-1.0V at 200mA. Reverse current is minimal at 100nA at 25°C and 100µA at 150°C. The diode offers a low junction capacitance of 2.5pF at 0V and fast reverse recovery times of 4ns (at 10mA) and 6ns (at 200mA). Forward recovery time is 10ns.
Thermal characteristics include a maximum operating junction temperature of 175°C, storage temperature range of -65°C to +200°C, power dissipation of 500mW, and thermal resistance of 300°C/W junction-to-ambient.
The FDLL4150 is available in a surface-mount SOD-80 package (also compatible with DO-213AC and MINI-MELF). It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2500 pieces per reel. The device is RoHS3 compliant, Pb-Free, and Halide Free.
