The FDLL3595 is a general purpose diode from On Semiconductor designed for high forward conductance and low leakage current. It is housed in a glass leadless LL-34 (SOD-80) surface mount package, suitable for automated assembly.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum working inverse voltage of 125V, average rectified forward current of 200mA, and DC forward current up to 500mA. Forward voltage ranges from 520mV at 1mA to 1.0V at 200mA. Reverse leakage current is typically 1.0nA at 125V and 25°C, increasing to 500nA at 125°C.
