The FDH45N50F-F133 is an N-Channel power MOSFET from onsemi's UniFET FRFET family. It is designed for high-voltage switching applications with a maximum drain-source voltage of 500V and continuous drain current of 45A at 25°C (28.4A at 100°C). The device features a low typical on-resistance of 105mΩ at Vgs=10V, minimizing conduction losses. Gate charge is typically 105nC, enabling fast switching, and the reverse transfer capacitance is only 62pF. The enhanced body diode provides fast reverse recovery (<100ns) and high dv/dt immunity (50V/ns), improving system reliability in bridge topologies. The MOSFET is 100% avalanche tested with a single pulse avalanche energy rating of 1868mJ. It is housed in a through-hole TO-247-3 package, suitable for high-power designs. Operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. Typical applications include power factor correction (PFC), flat panel display TV power supplies, ATX power supplies, electronic lamp ballasts, and uninterruptible power supplies.
