The FDD9409L-F085 is an N-Channel Logic Level PowerTrench MOSFET from onsemi. It is designed for 40V drain-source voltage and supports continuous drain current up to 90A at 25°C case temperature. The device features a very low typical on-resistance of 2.1mΩ at VGS=10V and ID=80A, with a maximum of 2.6mΩ. It also offers a logic-level gate drive with threshold voltage ranging from 1.0V to 3.0V.
Key electrical characteristics include a total gate charge of 52nC typical, input capacitance of 3360pF, and single pulse avalanche energy rating of 33.7mJ. The junction-to-case thermal resistance is 1°C/W, and the operating temperature range is -55°C to 175°C. The device is qualified to AEC Q101 and is RoHS compliant.
