The FDD8780 is an N-Channel PowerTrench MOSFET designed for high-efficiency DC/DC converter applications. It features a drain-to-source voltage rating of 25V and a continuous drain current of 35A at Tc=25°C. The device offers a low drain-to-source on-resistance of 8.5mΩ maximum at Vgs=10V and 12mΩ at Vgs=4.5V, enabling reduced conduction losses.
