The FDD86569-F085 is an N-Channel PowerTrench MOSFET manufactured by onsemi. It features a drain-source voltage rating of 60V and a continuous drain current of 90A at case temperature. The on-resistance is 5.7 mOhm maximum at 80A and 10V gate drive. Gate charge is 52 nC at 10V. The device can dissipate up to 150W and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. It is housed in a TO-252-3 (DPak) surface mount package with supplier device package TO-252AA. The PowerTrench technology provides low on-resistance and fast switching. This MOSFET is suitable for power management and switching applications. Note: The device is discontinued and not recommended for new designs.
