The FDD86369 is an N-Channel enhancement mode power MOSFET from ON Semiconductor designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. It utilizes MOSFET (Metal Oxide) technology to deliver a drain-source voltage rating of 80V and a continuous drain current of 90A at case temperature. The device features a very low maximum on-resistance of 7.9mΩ at 80A drain current and 10V gate drive, enabling low conduction losses.
Typical gate charge is 54nC and input capacitance is 2530pF, providing a good balance between switching speed and drive requirements. The device is housed in a surface mount D-PAK (TO-252) package, which is well-suited for automated assembly and space-constrained designs.
