The FDD6688 is an N-Channel PowerTrench MOSFET from On Semiconductor, designed to improve efficiency in DC/DC converters and motor drive applications. It features a drain-source voltage rating of 30V and a continuous drain current of 84A at 25°C ambient temperature, with a pulsed current capability of 100A.
The device offers low on-resistance: 5mOhm maximum at Vgs=10V and Id=18A, and 6mOhm maximum at Vgs=4.5V and Id=16.5A. Gate charge is 56nC maximum at Vgs=10V, enabling fast switching. Input capacitance is 3845pF typical at Vds=15V, 1MHz.
