The FDC645N is an N-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET from On Semiconductor, part of their PowerTrench series. It features a drain-to-source voltage rating of 30V and a continuous drain current rating of 5.5A at 25°C ambient temperature, making it suitable for low-voltage power management and load switching applications.
