The FDC3612 is an N-Channel PowerTrench MOSFET from On Semiconductor, designed to improve the efficiency of DC/DC converters using synchronous or conventional switching PWM controllers. It features a drain-source voltage rating of 100V and a continuous drain current of 2.6A at 25°C.
