FCX790ATA

The FCX790ATA is a PNP silicon power switching transistor manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for medium-power switching and amplification applications requiring a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of -40V and continuous collector current of -2A, with peak pulse current capability of -6A. The device offers high DC current gain with a minimum hFE of 300 at 10mA/2V and low saturation voltage, typically -250mV at 500mA collector current.
