The FCX555TA is a PNP bipolar junction transistor designed for high voltage switching applications. It features a collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of -150V and a collector-base voltage (VCBO) of -180V. The continuous collector current is -0.7A with a peak current capability of -2A.
