The FCX491TA is an NPN medium power transistor from Diodes Incorporated designed for general purpose switching and amplification. It features a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 60V and a continuous collector current rating of 1A, with a peak pulse current capability of 2A. The device offers a low equivalent on-resistance of 195mΩ and a minimum DC current gain of 100 at 500mA collector current.
This transistor is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability and is PPAP capable, making it suitable for automotive applications. It is fully RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020. The operating junction temperature range spans from -65°C to 150°C.
