The FCX491ATA is an NPN medium power transistor manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is rated for a collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 40V and a continuous collector current (IC) of 1A, with a peak current capability of 2A. The device features a low saturation voltage of maximum 500mV at 1A collector current and a high DC current gain (hFE) of minimum 300 at 500mA, 5V. With a transition frequency of 150MHz, it is suitable for power MOSFET gate driving and low loss power switching applications.
