The FCP11N60F is an N-Channel enhancement mode power MOSFET manufactured by ON Semiconductor (formerly Fairchild Semiconductor). It is designed for high-voltage switching applications with a maximum drain-source voltage of 600V and a continuous drain current rating of 11A at case temperature (Tc).
The device features a maximum on-resistance of 380mOhm at a gate drive voltage of 10V and a drain current of 5.5A. The gate threshold voltage is up to 5V at 250µA drain current, and the maximum gate-source voltage is ±30V. Input capacitance is 1490pF at 25V drain-source voltage, and total gate charge is 52nC at 10V gate voltage.
The FCP11N60F is housed in a standard TO-220-3 through-hole package, suitable for PCB mounting with adequate heat sinking.
