The FCF10A20 is a standard recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose and fast switching applications. Manufactured by Kyocera AVX, it offers a maximum reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified current of 10A. The diode features a fast reverse recovery time of 35ns, making it suitable for high-frequency rectification.
With a forward voltage of 980mV at 5A, the FCF10A20 provides efficient conduction. It operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, ensuring reliability in demanding environments. The device is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL level of 1.
