The FC903-TR-E is a high-speed switching composite diode array from On Semiconductor, integrating three independent diodes in a single SC-74 (SOT-457) surface mount package. Each diode is equivalent to the DSB010, offering improved mounting efficiency and reduced board space.
Key electrical specifications include a peak reverse voltage of 85V, reverse voltage of 80V, peak forward current of 300mA, and average rectified current of 100mA.
