FB180SA10 Description

N-Channel power MOSFET from Vishay, part of the 5th generation high current density series. Rated for 100V drain-source voltage (Vdss) and 180A continuous drain current at 25°C case temperature (120A at 100°C), with pulsed drain current capability up to 720A. Low on-resistance of 6.5mOhm maximum at Vgs=10V and Id=108A.

 

Designed for high-power switching applications, the device features a fully isolated SOT-227 package for easy chassis mounting and paralleling. It is fully avalanche rated with single pulse avalanche energy of 700mJ and offers a dynamic dV/dt rating of 5.7V/ns. Operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, with maximum power dissipation of 480W at 25°C and linear derating of 2.7W/°C.

 

Compliant to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS3). Note: This part is not recommended for new designs; the suggested replacement is VS-FB190SA10.
