FAN7392N

The FAN7392N from ON Semiconductor is a versatile monolithic gate drive integrated circuit designed for high-speed MOSFETs and IGBTs operating up to 600V. This device features a buffered output stage with NMOS transistors optimized for high pulse current driving and minimal cross-conduction.

Key electrical specifications include a 600V floating channel for bootstrap operation, 3A sourcing and sinking current driving capability, and compatibility with 3.3V logic inputs. The separate logic supply (VDD) can range from 3.3V to 20V. It incorporates an advanced level-shift circuit for high-side driver operation and an Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) circuit to prevent malfunction when supply voltages are too low.
