FAN73896MX

The FAN73896MX is a monolithic three-phase half-bridge gate-drive integrated circuit from ON Semiconductor, engineered for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs in high-voltage, high-speed applications up to 600V. It utilizes ON Semiconductor's high-voltage process and common-mode noise-canceling technique for stable operation of high-side drivers under noisy conditions.

This gate driver IC offers a typical sourcing and sinking current capability of 350 mA and 650 mA, respectively, making it suitable for three-phase half-bridge applications in motor drive systems.
