The FAN7382M1X is a monolithic, high and low side gate driver IC designed to drive MOSFETs and IGBTs up to +600V. It utilizes onsemi's high-voltage process and common-mode noise canceling technique for stable high-side driver operation under high dv/dt noise conditions. An advanced level-shift circuit allows high-side gate driver operation down to -9.8V typical.
This device is suitable for applications such as fluorescent lamp ballasts, PDP scan drivers, and motor controls.
