FAN48610UC50X

The FAN48610UC50X from ON Semiconductor is a low-power, fixed-output synchronous boost regulator designed for battery-powered applications. It can provide a regulated output voltage from a standard single-cell Li-Ion battery, maintaining output regulation even when the battery voltage drops below the system's minimum. This device features built-in power transistors and synchronous rectification for high efficiency, reaching up to 94%.

Key electrical specifications include an input voltage range of 2.5 V to 4.8 V and an output voltage range of 3.0 V to 5.0 V.
