FAN3100TMPX

The FAN3100TMPX is a 2A gate driver from ON Semiconductor, engineered for low-side switching applications using N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFETs. It provides high peak current pulses essential for efficient switching in power converters.

Key electrical specifications include an operating voltage range of 4.5V to 18V, with a typical peak sink/source current of 3A at 12V VDD. It features a 13ns typical rise time and 9ns typical fall time with a 1nF load, contributing to fast MOSFET switching and maximized efficiency. The driver supports dual logic inputs configurable for non-inverting or inverting modes, with internal resistors to hold the output LOW if inputs are left unconnected.
