The PEMSERT® F632-1 from QPL is a type F self-clinching flush fastener engineered for applications requiring load-bearing threads in thin metal sheets. It is designed to be completely flush with the sheet surface, even in sheets as thin as 0.060 inches, ensuring a smooth finish without protrusions on either side of the assembly. This enhances both the functional and cosmetic aspects of the final product.

The installation process is straightforward, involving squeezing the fastener into a round hole in the metal sheet. The proven PEM self-clinching design, combined with a hexagonal head, guarantees high axial and torsional strength.
