The KEMET F462AG472K1K0L is a metallized polypropylene (MKP) film capacitor part of the F462 series. It offers a capacitance of 4700 pF with ±10% tolerance and is rated for 1000 VDC (300 VAC) operation. The capacitor features low dissipation factor (0.04% at 1 kHz, 0.06% at 10 kHz, 0.25% at 100 kHz), high insulation resistance (100 GOhms minimum), and a maximum dV/dt of 2000 V/µs with typical inductance of 6 nH.
Designed for general purpose and pulse applications, this capacitor operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C with rated temperature at 85°C. The rated voltage derates by 2% per °C between +85°C and +105°C (1.25% per °C for AC).
The component is housed in a radial leaded package with dimensions 13 mm length, 9 mm height, 4 mm thickness, and 10 mm lead spacing. Lead diameter is 0.6 mm. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard package quantity of 750 pieces per reel. The component weight is 1.279 g.
