The Curtis Industries F1500CA03 is a single-phase RFI filter in a compact IEC 320-C14 connector form factor. It combines a male receptacle with built-in common and differential mode filtering, making it suitable for reducing electromagnetic interference in power supply inputs.
Rated for 3A continuous current at 250VAC (50/60 Hz), this module features quick connect terminals on the load side (0.250" / 6.3mm tabs). It is designed for panel mounting with screw holes and fits a standard rectangular cutout of 30.50mm x 22.90mm.
Key filtering performance includes minimum common mode insertion loss of 32 dB at 0.15 MHz up to 50 dB from 1 to 30 MHz, and differential mode loss of 35 dB at 0.15 MHz reaching 65 dB at 1 MHz. Leakage current is limited to 0.25 mA at 115VAC and 0.40 mA at 250VAC.
The F1500CA03 carries approvals from CE, CSA, TUV, and UL, and is RoHS and REACH compliant. It does not accommodate a fuse. The unit operates in ambient temperatures up to 40°C and humidity from 0% to 95% RH.
