The Bulgin EXP-0921/03/P is a circular connector assembly from the EXPlora series, designed for hazardous area applications (ATEX Zone 2/22). It features a receptacle with male pins in a 3-position configuration (2 power contacts plus protective earth). The connector uses a threaded fastening system and is keyed for proper orientation.
Electrical ratings include 18A current capacity and 600V AC/DC voltage rating. The connector is unshielded and constructed with a plastic (polyester) shell, nickel-plated contacts, and screw termination. It accepts cables with an outer diameter between 13.00mm and 15.00mm.
The connector is rated IP68 for dust-tight and waterproof operation when mated, and includes a backshell and UV-resistant materials. It is rated for operating temperatures from -20°C to 55°C and meets UL94 V-0 flammability requirements.
