The Actel EX128-FTQ100 is a member of the eX Family of FPGAs, designed as a low-cost solution for power-sensitive applications requiring high performance. Fabricated using advanced 0.22 mm CMOS antifuse technology, these devices offer high performance without a power penalty.
Key features include LP/Sleep Mode for additional power savings, hot-swap compliant I/Os, and a nonvolatile configuration. The EX128-FTQ100 supports mixed-voltage operation at 2.5 V, 3.3 V, and 5.0 V, with 5.0V input tolerance and 5.0V drive strength. It is supplied in a TQ100 package.
Software design support is available through Microsemi Designer and the Libero Integrated Design Environment (IDE). The device offers up to 100% resource utilization with 100% pin locking and deterministic timing. It also includes in-system diagnostic capabilities and boundary scan testing in compliance with IEEE Standard 1149.1 (JTAG). Fuselock Secure Programming Technology is incorporated to prevent reverse engineering and design theft.
