The EVAL-AD4115SDZ is a fully featured evaluation board designed to evaluate all functions of the AD4115 analog-to-digital converter. The AD4115 is a 24-bit, 125 kSPS sigma-delta ADC with a ±10 V input voltage range supporting 16 single-ended or 8 differential input channels. The board includes on-board voltage references and power and data insulation.
The evaluation board connects to the Analog Devices SDP platform (EVAL-SDP-CB1Z or EVAL-SDP-CK1Z) via a USB port, which can also provide power. The AD411x Eval+ software enables configuration and DC time domain analysis including waveform graphs, histograms, and noise analysis.
The board is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited). It is intended for use with a DC signal source and a Windows PC with a USB 2.0 port.
