The EV1340QI is a Power System on a Chip (PowerSoC) non-isolated PoL module from Intel, optimized for DDR2/3/4/QDR memory termination (VTT) and general low VIN applications. It requires a 3.3V AVIN supply for the controller and accepts a VDDQ input range of 1.0V to 1.8V. The output voltage tracks VDDQ within ±1.5% accuracy and can source or sink up to 5A. With an efficiency of up to 91%, the module reduces power loss in compact designs.
The device is surface-mounted in a 54-PowerBFQFN package measuring 10.0mm x 5.5mm x 3.0mm. It includes remote on/off, OCP, OTP, SCP, and UVLO protection, plus an enable input (active high). Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
