The Samtec ESW-132-12-S-D is a 64-position elevated socket connector designed for board-to-board applications. It features a forked contact type and a push-pull fastening mechanism. The connector has a pitch of 2.54mm (0.100") with a row spacing of 2.54mm (0.100"). It is housed in a black glass filled polyester insulator with a flammability rating of UL94 V-0.
The electrical ratings include a current rating of 5.2 A per pin (with 2 pins powered) and a voltage rating of 515 VAC when mated with TSW or ESQ headers. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C with tin plating. The contact material is phosphor bronze with a finish of 10 µ" (0.25 µm) gold on the contact area and matte tin on the tail.
