The Samtec ESW-130-12-T-D is a 60-position elevated socket strip part of the ESW series. It features 2 rows of forked contacts on a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch with a row spacing of 2.54mm. The insulation height is 11.05mm (0.435") and the contact length is 2.29mm (0.090"), allowing a mating depth range of 3.68mm to 6.35mm.
The socket uses Tin over 50 µ" Nickel plating on phosphor bronze contacts, housed in a black glass filled polyester insulator rated UL94 V-0. It offers a current rating of 5.2A per contact (with 2 pins powered) and a voltage rating of 550VAC (database value; the datasheet specifies 515VAC when mated with TSW or ESQ). The operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C for the Tin plating variant.
Designed for board-to-board stacking applications, this through-hole socket uses push-pull fastening and solder termination. It is packaged in tubes of 7 pieces. The part is RoHS and REACH compliant, and carries UL recognition E111594. Note that it is not lead-free solderable; lead wave soldering is recommended.
