The Samtec ESW-106-23-G-S is a 6-position elevated socket connector from the ESW series. It features a single row of forked contacts with gold plating (20 µ" gold contact, gold flash on balance) on phosphor bronze. The insulator is black glass filled polyester with UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
This connector is designed for board-to-board applications and mates with Samtec TSW, MTSW, and other series. It has a pitch of 2.54 mm (0.100") and an insulation height of 13.60 mm. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating. Current rating is 5.2 A per contact (2 pins powered) and voltage rating is 515 VAC when mated with TSW or ESQ.
Mounting is through hole with solder termination. The lead style is 23, providing a contact length of 4.83 mm. Insertion depth ranges from 3.68 mm to 6.35 mm. The connector is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected, but is not lead-free solderable (lead wave only).
