The Samtec ESW-106-12-G-S is an elevated socket connector from the ESW series. It features 6 positions arranged in a single row with a 2.54mm pitch. The connector uses a forked contact design with phosphor bronze contacts plated with 20µin gold, ensuring reliable electrical performance. The black glass-filled polyester insulator provides UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The through-hole mounting style with solder tails allows for permanent PCB attachment. With a current rating of 5.2A per pin and voltage rating of 550VAC, this connector is suitable for board-to-board interconnections. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. The push-pull fastening type ensures secure mating. Insertion depth ranges from 3.68mm to 6.35mm, and the connector is rated for 100 mating cycles with 10µ" gold plating. Note: datasheet specifies 515VAC when mated with TSW or ESQ, and lead-free solderability is not supported (lead wave only).
