The ESS020W-0450-42 is a constant current LED driver from ERP Power, LLC, part of the ESS series. It accepts a wide input voltage range of 120 to 277 Vac and delivers a constant output current of 450mA with an output voltage range of 28-42V, providing up to 19W of power.
The driver offers Tri-Mode Dimming compatibility with TRIAC (forward-phase), ELV (reverse-phase), and 0-10V analog dimmers, with a dimming range of 1-100%. It achieves up to 87% efficiency with a power factor greater than 0.9 and total harmonic distortion below 20%.
Encased in a compact IP64-rated plastic housing (83.8 x 39.9 x 25.1 mm), it features wire leads termination and is rated for a lifetime of 50,000 hours at a 70°C case hot-spot temperature. Protection features include output open load, over-current, short-circuit, and over-temperature with auto recovery.
