The ESQ-125-37-G-D is a 50-position elevated socket strip from Samtec's ESQ series, designed for higher profile board spacing in board-to-board stacking applications. It features two rows of contacts at a standard 2.54mm (0.100") pitch with a through-hole mounting style. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a 20µin (0.51µm) gold plating, ensuring reliable, low-resistance connections. The insulator is black glass filled polyester rated UL94 V-0.
Electrical ratings include a current of 5.7A per contact with 2 pins powered, and a voltage rating of 515 VAC when mated with TSW or ESQ series connectors. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating. The connector uses Samtec's Tiger Buy contact system for high retention and cost-effective performance.
Packaging is in tubes of 8 units. The socket strip is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited). Note that this part is not lead-free solderable; only lead wave soldering is supported.
