The ESQ-120-33-L-D is a 40-position elevated socket connector from Samtec, designed for board-to-board interconnect applications. It features two rows with 40 contact positions on a 2.54mm pitch, providing reliable signal and power connections in electronic assemblies.
This connector uses through-hole solder tail termination with push-pull mating style. The insulator is made of black glass-filled polyester with UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Contacts are phosphor bronze with tin finish (10.0 µin thickness). The elevated profile (insulation height 16.13mm) allows for clearance between stacked PCBs.
Electrical ratings include 5.7A current per pin (when two pins are powered) and 550VAC voltage rating. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. It mates with Samtec TSW series terminal strips. The connector supports standard insertion force and is suitable for industrial, automation, and test equipment where board-to-board connections are required.
